6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We Can Save is not responsible for these third-party platforms or your interactions with them. Your use is at your own risk.

11. AI-Powered Services

WCS may provide AI-powered features, which are evolving technologies and may generate inaccurate results. These outputs are not professional advice and must be independently verified before reliance.

Do not use AI Services for public outputs or attempt to manipulate results through misleading input.

12. Fees & Paid Plans

Certain features may require a subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed by WCS. Subscriptions renew annually unless canceled in writing within 3 days of your renewal notice.

Trial periods must be canceled before expiration to avoid automatic charges.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We Can Save may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your data except where otherwise required by law or policy.

14. iOS App Store Terms (if applicable)

If you use the WCS mobile app via Apple's App Store:

• Apple is not a party to these Terms;
• The app is licensed to you, not sold;
• Apple is not responsible for support or legal claims;
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms.

15. Disclaimers

All services and content are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of accuracy or uninterrupted access.

We do not offer professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified advisor.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Can Save is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or any damages exceeding the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months for use of the Services.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify We Can Save and its team against any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the Services,
• Your violation of these Terms, or
• Third-party claims relating to your content or conduct.

18. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Los Angeles County under JAMS rules.

You waive your right to participate in class actions and jury trials.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and We Can Save. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms freely. You may not assign your rights without our consent.

20. Third-Party Financial Data Services (Plaid)

We Can Save uses third-party service providers such as Plaid Inc. to connect with your financial accounts. By using our Services, you grant We Can Save and Plaid the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your personal and financial information from relevant financial institutions on your behalf.

This information may include account balances, transactions, and account details. We use it to personalize your experience, provide insights, and support your financial goals. Your financial data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree to Plaid's use of your data, and that any data accessed through Plaid will be processed securely and only for purposes directly related to the Services you elect to use.
